Welcome to the Trim and Fit Weight Loss Program!

You may have tried dieting before, but the Trim and Fit program is more comprehensive than any other popular weight loss program. It certainly involves cutting calories and exercising, but it also includes teaching sessions where you'll learn about all the other important factors in losing weight.

Trim and Fit is a 12 week program with meetings every other week. At the first meeting, you’ll undergo an intake evaluation which includes body measurements, body fat analysis, and a fitness test.

You will then start the nutrition plan, eating a low calorie diet that includes eating six times per day! You will also take four powerful, safe natural supplements. Exercise will be added also, at a level you are comfortable with.

The teaching sessions will cover the basics of balanced nutrition and the importance of exercise in boosting metabolism. You will also learn about how important other factors are, such as blood sugar control and stress management.
